In an effort to improve our customer service, we will be launching our new survey system in 2007.

This will mean that after each project we will be requesting feedback from you, our clients, to help better service your requirements and constantly improve our client communications. 

We will also be providing these surveys as a service in 2007 for our clients to get feedback from there customers and drive service levels up. 

MRK Development has released the new Member Centre to help streamline our business process.

This means you can now login and view invoices online, as well as make payments via Paypal.

We will shortly be releasing more payment modules, which will allow you to pay via credit card, and also have re-billing facilities.

The Member Centre also features a support ticketing system for those without a support agreement.

This will aid in the tracking of your requests. 

You will each receive an email shortly with details on how to login and use the Member Centre.
